Friendlier Staff , Upgraded Photo Kiosk!!
Walgreen's has lost my business permanently. If you see you have a car at the window, and you are standing there on the phone, why can't you say, "I'm sorry for the delay, I will be with you shortly." Instead, you continue to talk on the phone, hand motions and everything, and then turn your back on the customer! After 11 minutes of this, I left. I will call and have my prescriptions...the nine that I haven't already moved...transferred to CVS. Your pharmacy service needs attention, or you will lose more customers.
Dropped a prescription they had to "order" Would have it for me this afternoon after 3. Today, they have to "order," Will have it for me tomorrow after 3 p.m. Really? Did the same to another customer AT THE SAME TIME!
