Lead Pharmacist neglects his customers. Called in a refill on Monday, it's Friday and the prescription still has yet to be filled. Said they've left numerous voicemails with my doctor's office and faxed them as well. My doctor's office doesn't even have a voicemail and they have not received any faxes from them...my doctor's office does not "lose" their faxes (as stated by the pharmacist).
