Great people, great service as usual! Would definitely recommend to friends family etc.
Had a pain script that was filed instead of filled - never notified. Called when I reviewed my appt notes 2 weeks later and discovered - they said they would fill and it would be ready in an hour. Come in 6 hours later not filled! Told not covered by insurance and needs Dr prior auth - never called me never called Dr. Left in pain for them to call for authorization or pay full $80+ for relief. All I got was “I didn’t”, “ You didn’t speak to me”. You are a team! You all failed. DONE!!!
I have ALWAYS had great customer service at the pharmacy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Pharmacist compounded a drug for my son and saved me $$. I'm so grateful there are still stores that value customer service.
