Terrible service. Went to pick up prescription, which I was notified was ready and had an appointment for a flu shot. Arrived 10 minutes early as instructed. Waited 15 minutes while staff tried unsuccessfully to find my prescription. Finally said I needed to just get the shot and come back later for prescription, because I had another appointment. They told me someone was ahead of me for the shot! Had to cancel. Getting my flu shot at CVS and transferring my scripts!
The last three times I have called to ask about an Rx I was only hold anywhere from 12-25 minutes. That's pretty unacceptable. This most recent time I waited 15 minutes and then was hung up on.
