I have been on the phone for 2 hours now waiting for a pharmacist to pick up. They said they will get back to me shortly and just ended the call, putting me behind 4 other callers. It is a Friday but I came in person and called 2 other times this week.They keep promising my meds will be ready the next day and still tell me they are not ready. I do not have a dose tonight and am very worried.
Pharmacy is understaffed. It’s ridiculous.
Dec.31st called pharmacy 4-5 times concerning drug interactions. Tech answered phone put on hold. Phone went to busy signal.Called back tech answered I asked for pharmacist,tech wanted to know when did I call and ask for pharmacist ; I said a few minutes ago ago u answered phone.
