They have horrible customer service, they don’t care if they mess your prescription up and you have to go without it. They make everything much more complicated than it needs to be. And they won’t lift a finger to help you find solutions to problems they’ve created. I had to keep reminding myself they work for ME cuz they act like they’re the ones doing me the favor. I would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone and I will never spend another dime in this store.
This Walgreens had the worst pharmacist I have ever encountered. I was recently discharged from the hospital and needed prescriptions to be filled. I called, since I cannot drive, because I noticed they didn't adjust cost for insurance. And when I called. I couldn't say a word. Steve was a real jerk and wouldn't listen to anything I said. He actually hung up on me. I will never ever ever spend another dime at Walgreens. Thanks Steve! Worst pharmacist on the planet.
