I've been at this pharmacy for upwards of 10 years now. My insurance told me this pharmacy fills a prescription, then calls them to cancel it before it can be filled. I asked this pharmacy to confirm they tried filling the correct script 5x and they just told me they'd already checked. They were wrong, and when they realized their mistake they weren't even apologetic. They don't intend to answer the phone.
