I've been at this pharmacy for upwards of 10 years now. My insurance told me this pharmacy fills a prescription, then calls them to cancel it before it can be filled. I asked this pharmacy to confirm they tried filling the correct script 5x and they just told me they'd already checked. They were wrong, and when they realized their mistake they weren't even apologetic. They don't intend to answer the phone. Absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy. At. All. It takes 3-5 days to get a prescription filled if your lucky. Every single time I go when I'm told my prescription will be ready I get there to pick it up and it's never ready I get told to "come back later" the automated system is horrible. It's like pulling teeth to get to talk to a person. Multiple times they've refilled the wrong prescription. Once I went for my normal 30 day supply and they gave me two pills. They told me my prescription wasn't covered by insurance and I had to pay full amount. However, I had this same prescription last year and I only paid $10 for it. Turn out they had to get an authorization from my doctor for it. They knew but they didn't do it in the first place. I don't know if this place was short staff or the techs were too lazy to do their job.
