Absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy. At. All. It takes 3-5 days to get a prescription filled if your lucky. Every single time I go when I'm told my prescription will be ready I get there to pick it up and it's never ready I get told to "come back later" the automated system is horrible. It's like pulling teeth to get to talk to a person. Multiple times they've refilled the wrong prescription. Once I went for my normal 30 day supply and they gave me two pills. They told me my prescription wasn't covered by insurance and I had to pay full amount. However, I had this same prescription last year and I only paid $10 for it. Turn out they had to get an authorization from my doctor for it. They knew but they didn't do it in the first place. I don't know if this place was short staff or the techs were too lazy to do their job.
First off, this pharmacy is the best. Madeline is absolutely amazing and as helpful as can be! Thank you Madeline for your great customer service!
