did pictures on the app said would be done 2:55pm, got there at 3:15 not even started manager said it'd be at least 10 minutes. I was getting pictures for a gift, had people showing up at my house at 5pm - wasnt the day I had time to gear excuses their short handed. waited 15 minutes out in my truck came back in different person,she hands me two envelopes- I ordered 3. big surprise my 2 5/7 never got done, not even in system. I called looking for a item and the guy on the phone says yes they have it so I drive all the way there to get it and nope they don’t have it and was rude about not having it. Very poor customer service and I’m really disappointed and won’t be returning
