Awful for Covid tests, go somewhere else. Scheduled rapid test and they sent it as a 48 hour test.
Worst pharmacy in Rochester. Hands down. They have messed up every single prescription I’ve ever gotten. The pharmacist and staff is super rude. Terrible people skills.
Recommendedevery had issues with my insurance. The pharmacists went above and beyond to help me. She contacted my insurance and straighed everything out. Very happy with the customer service I received today 5🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
I was just at the Walgreens on long pond and Latta. While in line the cashier starting going about politics. I asked for the manager and filed a complaint. If you are working retail a general rule of thumb is to not speak politics or religion in front of customers. It is uncalled for and unprofessional.
After I search the store, then wait in line to ask the Pharma clerk if they carry a item, to be told where to find it at the far corner of the store, only to find it is not the product requested & indeed you do NOT carry the product....and a half hour of my time is wasted... ....well, I really don't think you'll improve anyway. you don't need my suggestion.
They don't know how to read doctors orders for scripts. doubled the dose of the original script that was given. Also said they would place a special order for a script of pull ups to only be told when i arrived that they don't do special order scripts for them. Then don't tell me you will make a special order and not follow through. Very poor customer service. Watch your scripts, because they cant read.
