Very clean store. Customer service is awesome.
Poor customer service. Requested a refill and was informed it would be done. Recieved text stating refill was ready. When I pick up prescription...wrong dosage! I call and Caleb informs me I can double up my dose until they get authorization from my MD. Who is Caleb? Is he licensed to adjust prescriptions? I asked if I would have to pay for another prescription and Caleb said yes. I asked if my insurance provider would be billed. Again, yes.
