I’m currently sitting in the drive through for the pharmacy to get meds for my sick 5-year old. I’ve been in the drive through sitting at the window for a solid 20 minutes. Nobody has come over to help. I would go in but my sick kid is asleep in the car since we didn’t sleep well last night. And the suckiest part is I have no choice but to sit here, my son HAS to get these meds. I will be switching my pharmacy tomorrow. This is utterly stupid!
The staff were amazing. We walked in at 9:59 pm not realizing they closed at 10 pm and we were greeted with a smile. Thank you to Ricky the manager and the gentleman at the register for superior customer service!!
I am absolutely disgusted in the way in which I was treated by the staff at @Walgreens. My debit card was swiped 7 times, and my checking account was than charged three times, which, totaled to around $34.00. The original pending charges, totaled to over $70.00. I called the store manager about the sale, as their credit card machine was not working at the time of my visit. I was asked to bring a print out from my bank, that showed the charges. Which, I did. There is no reason when a doc calls in an meds and hours before you should have to wait. Then they tell you it will be 10 mins nope we ended waiting over 25 mins.
It's a shame nurses can't discriminate, but pharmacists can. Do not use this pharmacy...Customer service sucks, and pharmacists think they are higher in authority than doctors. #ternisntGod I bet his parents or grandparents are in a home and he doesn't let them do without. #imthewrongcolor #beingjudgedstinks #Godandmylawyergotmecovered
I'd like to know why we get told it would be a 20 minute wait for prescriptions and then almost an hour later still not ready. Get told they are working on it right now only to wait another 20 minutes and it's still not done. Someone needs to get it together.
