The head Pharmacist, Victor, is very professional and will attempt to assist you when he can. However, one of the other pharmacists, Lorna, is a rude, nasty, sarcastic, unprofessional, opinionated, unhelpful, arrogant, snotty, disrespectful witch. Yesterday, she was beyond difficult and refused to fill a script, never mentioning that there was an insurance glitch. Never anyone at photo to help you with pickup i just walked out. There’s a very long line at the regular register Had to switch over to their pharmacy because of the RiteAid closure but going to look for another place. They are seriously understaffed.
My experiences here are more negative than positive with the friendliness of the staff. When that improves, I'll change my rating :)
