Shaw the manager has a very poor command of the English Language, he lacks the capacity to effectively communicate with the public in an intelligent manner, he hangs up the telephone and tells customers to phone the Corporate office, This is a poor representation of a Walgreens Manager, clearly he lacks proper training, or this is the admissible culture of Walgreens Corp. managers should be held to higher standards, with integrity and decency. Shaw the manager has a very poor command of the English Language, he has no concept of customer relations, and is very impolite, he hangs up on customers, and to top it off searches bags without reasonable suspicion. Obviously there needs to be better training for these unskilled managers, who have better standards as well as Integrity and decency, whilst interacting with the public and staff.

This may be the worst drugstore ever inflicted on an unsuspecting public. The pharmacy staff are rude, lazy and unhelpful. On top of that, the turnover is ridiculous so that you're never talking to the same person from Monday to Tuesday. They are overly rigid and frankly not very informed. Many of the licenced pharmacists are there just for a day, so they have no interest in the store's reputation and thus in what the patients think.
