My son diagnosed with flu on a Friday afternoon needs tamiflu quickly for it to be effective. I go to Walgreens, script not ready but they tell me it’s in progress. Then I get an automated message saying it’s delayed. Then I try calling to see if I’m getting it today or not - because time matters with the flu and treatment, I call 4 times no answer. So since the drs office is closing for the weekend I call them and have them transfer to another pharmacy..... well Walgreens has already charged insurance so I not can’t get it ... read more
