Called to see if they gave prevnar 13 shots, was told yes just come down. went within the hour, filled necessary information, waited so associate could ask pharmacist something, he was on the phone. Waited, waited, waited finally was advised they did not have it in stock. So much time wasted when all could have been prevented if associate who answered the phone in the first place did due diligence and looked into availability before advising me to come down.
