I went to this particular site because, according to the website they had what I needed. They did. However, I walked out without purchasing after waiting for 10 minutes. 2 employees were at the other end of the checkout counter, focused only on whatever they were working on. They never acknowledged that I was there. I can't tell you how many times I have walked out of a Walgreens because of poor customer service!

They have always been very helpful when I had questions or needed a bit of extra help.
I had to wait three times in order to get any sort of help with pharmacy. unfortunately I'm still waiting and it's 8 o'clock. I waited 10 minutes on the phone I'm waiting 30 minutes to get any form of assistance and I'm basically getting no help whatsoever.
