Today I picked up my 60 Christmas cards and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized I made a typo! I called Walgreens just to see if there was anything I could do. Not only did they offer to exchange them for me, but also honored the 50% off I had that expired yesterday (when I had placed the original order). I am so appreciative! Amazing customer service! I have used Walgreens exclusively for my photo cards for years and this will ensure that I do so for years to come! Thank you so much!
my doctor called in a prescription, it was otc and its just a box. 8 hours later I go to pick it up and a 20 min wait because it "wasn't ready". I could have walked in and grabbed the box off the shelf myself for that....but then there was another almost 10 minutes to look up the price..
