I just wanted to give a shout-out to Cece in the Walgreens pharmacy. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy and stress-free, which is something you really appreciate when dealing with prescriptions and pharmacy visits. What stood out to me the most was how genuine she was. I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for years and using this pharmacy for years. I understand that your pharmacist are overworked however, I have never been treated so poorly by anybody there like THAT in the past. Until today, Darrel, the pharmacist was extremely condescending and disrespectful. I don’t know if he’s on a little power trip but I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me controlling someone’s medication that way. This place is incredibly expensive! There is not enough variety of products. I paid for dry shampoo three times more than it would have been on Amazon. Never again, they lost me as their customer.
I'm only giving three stars because the pharmacy techs are so great. Honestly the techs deserve five stars. The rest of the pharmacy staff is miserable and should have one star. Don't bother asking for an consult because the pharmacist will absolutely let you know that they don't have time for you. Eye rolls, dramatic sighs, taking glasses off and rubbing their eyes. It was extremely unnecessary. Maybe don't be in the business of helping people if you don't want to help people.
