I'm only giving three stars because the pharmacy techs are so great. Honestly the techs deserve five stars. The rest of the pharmacy staff is miserable and should have one star. Don't bother asking for an consult because the pharmacist will absolutely let you know that they don't have time for you. Eye rolls, dramatic sighs, taking glasses off and rubbing their eyes. It was extremely unnecessary. Maybe don't be in the business of helping people if you don't want to help people.
Darrell at the Walgreens pharmacy was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond helping me add new insurance and assisting with my family’s prescriptions. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to feel so genuinely cared for during a pharmacy visit, and Darrell made the experience smooth and stress-free. Walgreens is lucky to have him!
I made a purchase that a client will reimburse me for I asked for a receipt and the clerk looked at me like I was a dumbass. He mansplained digital receipts. My 90 year old client needs the physical receipt. He said I should go talk to his manager. This is why Walgreens will die in 2026.
