The wait in line is never shorter than 30 mins. Totally understaffed and they need help. Most on the line agree. They are out of meds GLP-1 Please hire someone yo help them.
Recently moved to Sarasota and this pharmacy is by far the worst experience I have ever had. You order the medications and it takes two days or more to get it refilled. Allen is rude, loud and demeaning. Even for a generic common medication, they do not try to refill it same day
I live in the area and I have been going to this pharmacy for years. It is consistently the SLOWEST, most poorly organized location I have ever visited . Even with a few cars in the drive thru line, expect to wait a half hour or more. If there's a customer with an issue, ask them to come inside and allow the rest of us to move! When I do eventually get to the window, my transaction takes 5 minutes. Why does everyone else take ridiculously long? Inexcusable.
No pharmacist on staff most of the week. Tried several times to get medication and am unable to, since they have no one to fill them.
