If I could have gave them a 0 I would have as I have never had a store make me feel so bad. I guess they won’t help you if you are poor as I had a return to do and they were rude and treated me like trash from the start. worst service. Can't even reach them on the phone. Waited 10-15 minutes, then someone answers then puts you on hold 2 more times! avoid all walgreens actually. Just go to publix.
Save your time and energy. Just go to CVS on honore. This walgreens never has meds and if they do it takes forever. Never going back after numerous bad experiences
I’m very frustrated with the drive-thru service at this pharmacy. Every time I come, the wait is over 30 minutes or more. There are usually 5–6 cars lined up, and it feels like no one is actively helping or managing the line. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue — it happens consistently. I understand pharmacies can be busy, but this level of delay has become the norm and is very inconvenient, especially for people who rely on the drive-thru for health or mobility reasons. An hour waiting in line at the pharmacy just to be helped… They need to increase their staff or pay their employees better. The employees are not to blame at all, actually super kind and do everything they can, but one person simply can’t assist 10 people at the same time.
