Pharmacy never has prescriptions ready, even if you call it in a day before you will have to wait at least 15 minutes. That is if you yet it at all. I tried to refill a monthly prescription and got three different excuses as to why it wasn't ready. I was told that it had already been picked up, then that it was at another store and finally that it was on hold for two or three other reasons. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this dumpster of a pharmacy.
The employees at walgreens will tell you whatever lie they have to tell.. Its bad when they just change your prescription and lie and blame the insurance company and then when you call the insurance company there is a quantity limit but Walgreens is trying to push through a 90 day supply so they give you the generic and lie about getting the brand name...I'm changing pharmacies. ...
Joe is amazing! Saved us when pharm was "closed".
