Well let me start off by saying if you want to do a FedEx drop off at this location think twice. Customer service a big ZERO! I drop off box's with my radio's which all weigh 30.1 lbs and with packing and box Iam ALWAYS under 40lbs. The weight limit is 55Lbs. Twice I had problems with him telling me Iam overweight and I was adamant on getting a scale and weighing it with him saying Iam wasting my time- he won't take it. I don't know WHY I am such a glutton for punishment when it comes to the Tucson Walgreens location but it may be that Chicago Walgreens customer service and wait time is just so far more superior.. The customer service skills are the poorest and wait time exceeds 25 mins no matter what time your at these Walgreens ....
