I have had it! Walgreens corporate pharmacy has a mail order house in Arizona. It has been scamming my insurance company since I started using them which was many years ago. The trick is to get you to check the auto refill box when you order. Then stand back! They fill your Mailbox with more drugs than the doctor has prescribed. THEY MUST KNOW TOO! Cause when you call to complain they transfer you, drop calls, give mis-information. What is with this cheating practice. And why won't anyone do anything about it?
I love the employees there they are very helpful and patient do all my shopping there and enjoy it.
Service in this pharmacy is extremely poor. Employees are rude and nasty. They are not polite and do not have any manners. The store is a different story but the pharmacy is getting worse every day. They do not have any knowledge and they are not eager to help you. I decided to go to the one on 17 th St Causeway but I found out that this is contagious. This pharmacy is worse. . What is going on?? What a difference with CVS or Publix pharmacies.
