Finally after about 3 weeks of trying to get my son's prescription I switched to Hy-Vee and they immediately were able to fill it. Now this was not an insurance issue but the pharmacy's fault. To top it off when I was trying to inquire on the issue I encountered the most unhelpful, rudesr pharmacist I've ever interacted with.
