Called to check on the status of the prescription I had left two days earlier as no status showed up on my Walgreens account. Talked to someone who identified as "Annie" who could not find it and then checked another place, found it, and then said they were not going to fill it. I asked to speak with the pharmacist. Annie told me that the pharmacist was busy and would not talk to me. I called back and got the pharmacy manager, Lupe, who told me that the aforementioned Annie was actually the pharmacist.
