I like my neighborhood walgreens but i felt offended when the pharmacisit didnt accept my mexican id "matricula consular" so i wasnt able to get my sons pain meds that he needs cause he just got surgery. He said they take u.s ids military and canadian.. Is anyone else having issues with this Walgreens and using Manufacturers coupons? Coupons clearly state exclusions but this location is saying if pictures on coupon do not match what your buying they cannot take the coupon when it is NOT an excluded item! Can you imagine how BIG a coupon would have to be for manufacturers to put a picture of every make up item, laundry soap, shampoo product ect..I've complained to online customer service but this keeps happening over and over at this location and they blame corporate and how... read more
Slow. Rude. Incompetent. They have earned all of this. Takes forever when I go to pick up either in store or drive they even when not busy. They have no clue how to do pharmaceutical coupons . They forget to fill orders. They don't know how to ring up in general. When I complain no one cares at all. Will be transferring my scripts
