Called and stopped so they could transfer my prescriptions and called 2 days later and nothing was done so they took my name and info and I called 4 days later and again nothing. The person told me my prescriptions had no refills so they couldn’t transfer them but no one on earth called me to tell bc she said that if prescriptions don’t have refills they don’t call the client. So I really don’t know how was I supposed know I had no refills on my prescriptions. I’m not even going to try transferring them anymore.
This pharmacy is so so so slow. Unbelievably slow. If you enjoy waiting for hours for a simple antibiotic then this is your place :/
Your pharmacy techs and pharmacists SUCK! I don't possibly understand how someone should have to sit in your drive thru (or stand in line for that matter) on an RX that is already filled for nearly 30 min!!! This was not a first time occurrence either. There were no other customers in the drive thru and I watched 3 employees do anything but take care of the one person, me, who was on a break from work, sitting and staring at them! Horrible customer service!
Shame on this store for employing individuals who can't interact appropriately with all customers - especially those with special needs - and not taking immediate action to correct this. This is totally inexcusable and, frankly, disgusting.
I don't even believe you deserve one star. A cashier should not be yanking ANYthing from a child's hand, and to start humiliating a mother and her child because the child reacted to such an action. The little girl is autistic, and the mother plainly explained this after the child reacted to the rudeness. Instead, he decided to get near her face in a threatening manner and then claim he couldn't handle the situation loudly over an intercom. You are a cashier, not a cop. The store with employees that upsets autistic kids and humiliates them and their parents when the child reacts to the action. Then acts like a bully and gets in the mothers face while she protects her child. We'll make sure that every autistic childs parent and autism organization as well as all special needs persons/parent/organizaton knows to avoid this store. Wonder if the local news would like this story, watch out, here comes WFFA!
