This is the absolute worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Worst customer service. You’d definitely need medication for sure to deal with them.
They absolutely hands down have the slowest pharmacy in town!!! Their set up is not efficient for the customer at all!!! Nice people but terrible efficiency. I won't use them!!!
I've never had to wait over an hour for medicine at any other Walgreens. Every other location asks if we are going to wait for it and tries to move it along faster and even updates you while you're waiting. The advice you gave me was to sign up for text messaging so I know when it's ready! Really? Now, instead of getting my sick child out of the rainy weather for the day we are stuck for another hour. If I could give zero stars to this Walgreens pharmacy I would. They will sit on prescriptions for hours needing one simple piece of information. They don't bother calling to let you know they need the info. You have to be the one to call and ask what the hold up is. Then when you question why they didn't call they will tell you how they have hundreds of prescriptions to fill and don't have time to check up on messages.
