I’m giving this 2 stars because I love Trina who works in the pharmacy, But Allen, the pharmacy manager he doesn’t listen he over talks me. When he’s over talking To me, I tell him can you please be quiet and listen to me he hangs up! He says one thing and then says another and it was really making me angry. I have this whole phone conversation recorded yeah I did curse one time! but I was pissed that he kept over talking me telling me one thing and then another. Came in for a few passport photos. Was in and out within 8 minutes.
They are just the most unhappy rude bunch of people I have ever met. I don't know anyone who likes any Walgreens pharmacy. I grasp you are busy but pharmacies are always busy and you have chosen this job, so fake it. Rude in-person and on the phone. Transferred to Walmart, much better. Kroger's is the best, will change back to them whenever I get new insurance next year. Do better Walgreens pharmacy. (the people in the actual store are all pretty nice)
