The shift leader Nicole was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She would not honor a price change after admitting that she was the one who put the items on that shelf up. It was clearly her mistake and or would not mark the item down. I've never dealt with such a poor attitude from a Walgreens before (& I am a very loyal Walgreens customer.)
Walgreens-Castaic That is so crazy! The same thing happened to me at that same Walgreens! There were 3 male employees talking LOUD and using profanity. One of them looked like a he was the manager. I was mortified! I never make waves or write anything on the internet but when I saw this I had to comment.
I went in looking for a sports mouthguard... i asked if the employees knew where to find one... they said isle 7d. i went there and only found night guards. so i sent my dad in instead just in case they had something against me. They didn't. He explained to the lady he needed a mouthguard for sports NOT A NIGHTGUARD. She spoke so little English she didn't understand and sent him to isle 7d too. Walgreens Castaic is a poor store I went to the Castaic Walgreens, they were un helpful, they had 2 employees chatting with each other talking vulgar words out loud in the pharmacy dept
