I don't recommend going there before closing if your skin is dark or are Hispanic because there is a lady there with short curly hair that will racially profile you and tell you if the store is closing in 10 minutes she will tell you " you have 5 minutes" and if the store is closing in 5 minutes she tells you" you have 2 minutes" I think she shouldn't work there because she is dishonest and since she still works there then I don't recommend it. This pharmacy is the absolute worst about following patient’s requests. I have specifically asked for non-generic refills at LEAST 5 times and they have ensured me my profile is updated to reflect this, yet somehow, if I don’t check the prescription BEFORE I EVEN LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH, it’s not right. I am so over the lack of care this pharmacy has for its patients! Today they said they made “another edit” to my profile so they don’t miss the note, so we shall see if anything changes. WORST pharmacy ever! Asked the price of scripts and the price she said was not what the RX company told us. She was rude and basically said they can charge whatever they want to. We had to $25.00 more dollars to get our medicine. Don’t go ever there if at all possible
Worst Walgreen's I have ever been to. 10pm and having to wait over 30 mins for medicine when I have a son at home vomiting. Should have gone to CVS.
I can understand the safety policy regarding bikes and motor vehicles in the drive thru. However, if you are on a bike in the drive thru, and you are the only customer present, this policy should not apply. If you are the only customer in the drive thru, regardless of what kind of vehicle you are driving, you should not be refused to be served.
They need better people in the pharmacy! !!!!! Come on guys you are the only 24hour pharmacy around. Get it together.
