I was very disappointed to find out there is absolutely no ethnic hair products at this location. Why? The cashier assisted to help us look up products on his phone and he also seemed shocked that he was unable to find any at the location... It’s very disheartening in 2019 to walk in somewhere and not be able to find basic ethnic hair products... But hey you have a variety of hair scrunchies from the 1990s.
Horrible customer service at the pharmacy I was told my prescription was going to be ready at 2:15 and now it’s 3:45 and still not ready and the receptionist gave me a horrible Attitude like it was my fault 😳😳😳
The pharmacy staff is generally rude and unaccommodating (though one are two are very nice). They're primarily understaffed and customers are forced to wait substantial times for prescriptions. Constant computer issues. And I mean, constant. They've messed up our insurance information countless times -- and when their systems go down, they shrug their shoulders and tell you you're out of luck. Come back the next day, or the day after. Who does that? Their attitude seems to be: "Sorry, customer. Suck it up and do without." Co... read more
