If I could give this place zero stars that is what I would do. I picked up a prescription for my son today and instead of filling it as the doctor wrote it, they gave him 10 TIMES the dosage. When I called to speak to the pharmacist she said, "oh yeah, your right. If you have time to bring it back I'll give you the other stuff"'. No "I'm sorry" nothing. Answer your phone, no more of this “please hold” stuff, then never picking up again. You guys are the worst, like this isn’t high school, stop ghosting me like all the girls did. My acne wasn’t THAT bad. Anyways, answer your phone. I need to fill an RX but it says I have to call because of a technical issue. What gives?
It's been SIX days since I reordered my prescription refill. They (Walgreen's) say they have contacted they doctors office, the doctors office say they have not. I'm not happy or healthy! I need my insulin!
