When it was my turn to check out at the main register, the girl said I should take my purchases to the cosmetics counter. I asked why. She said because it will boost her sales. Really?! Because that's why I came to Walgreens on my lunch break, to boost her sales. I went to the cosmetics register and had to wait in line AGAIN! What kind of customer service is this? I'm normally a big Walgreens fan but not today. :(
