I called in a prescription last Wednesday afternoon. The robot tells me it will be ready to pickup Monday afternoon. I show up to get it at 5 pm, wait in line for 15 minutes only to finally be told that they haven't contacted my doctor for permission to refill. Tuesday I call my doctors office 2 times during the day and leave messages. I call Walgreens again, an attempt to reorder this prescription via robocall. My husband has already called CVS, got the answer we needed and is back. Now I’m just holding to see why they would place a customer on hold for 1.5 hours.
Every time I go there it’s always a struggle. It’s just not run efficiently. I think they could use more help.
Excellent customer service + great prices on stuff
Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! Terrible service and screw thing up to where I had to come back three different times before they got it right. Waste of my time!
People at the Pharmacy are top notch, got in and out very quickly, very friendly
