I called in a prescription last Wednesday afternoon. The robot tells me it will be ready to pickup Monday afternoon. I show up to get it at 5 pm, wait in line for 15 minutes only to finally be told that they haven't contacted my doctor for permission to refill. Tuesday I call my doctors office 2 times during the day and leave messages. I call Walgreens again, an attempt to reorder this prescription via robocall.
