always waiting about 30 minutes to even get thru the pharmacy line, you need more staff. It looks like you bit off more then you could chew taking over rite aide!
Absolutely the best at customer service. The pharmacy is competent and extremely helpful. They go out of their way and are great at explaining all the confusing insurance stipulations. I've seen them really take their time and show compassion especially to the older customers. Kudos to your staff.
