Pharmacist is terrible! She can’t even read a prescription that was transferred from another pharmacy. Tried to pick up my insulin. I had 1 refill left. I get 3 pens with each refill. That pharmacist tried telling me that each refill was only 1 pen and that she has to contact my doctor to get the script refilled which he won’t do because I should still have 3 pens not 1! Now I have to wait for her to figure out that she is wrong. Hopefully, she figures it out before I run out of my medication. Told me that I wasn’t educated ... read more

I was waiting in line to pay for my items and needed to use the restroom. I got out of line and went to the back, but the doors were locked with a keypad. I went back to the front and asked for the code, but was told I could not use the restroom. I had to leave my items and rush home. What is your restroom policy? Guess I’ll be shopping at CVS from now on.

They seem to always have what I need, even things I never knew I needed! Jim is the best! When he's there I always leave smiling :)
I have used Walgreens all over the country and this one has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen. Waited two hours on 2 scripts...lady an hour behind me asked and they had her 7 filled. I watched each and every tech take a lunch. Will NEVER COME TO THIS ONE AGAIN.
