The worst experience ever They overcharged me and gave me the wrong medicine I went back ten minutes later and they said there is nothing they can do about it Very rude the employee and the pharmacist I will never go back
Late prescriptions, no follow-through on issues, and rude, discourteous service. Obviously staff are over-worked and don’t care about their clients’ health. I issued a formal complaint via corporate and was told the regional manager would be giving me a call in a few days...no call, no follow-up. The problem goes beyond the pharmacy staff. Be warned to take your business elsewhere. I just renewed two prescriptions using the app and fulfillment of both were screwed up. They won’t be ready for a few days. What can I say nice. Hmm well prescriptions are never... ever ready when there supposed to be... there is only 2 people that work there care .. and the general manager has no clue.. I went there the day I was the only one there and they still told me to come
I cannot even begin to state my disgust with this company!!
