I used the app to request a refill on one of my inhalers. Then my docs office calls and tell me they don’t want me to use that inhaler. So I called and told them to cancel the refill. The woman I talked to said she didn’t want to cancel the script so she put that insurance declined. In the mean time, docs office sent in a new script and it now says my insurance is expired! I called and was told I have to bring insurance card in before they can fill this new script! I just used my insurance 2 days ago in the same pharmacy! 🤬
Ohmygosh! I just love Walgreens now. The website is so awesome. I just log in, click refill and it's done. Keeps track of all my prescriptions, last dates filled, how many refills left, etc. And emails me or texts me when ready or if delayed b/c they have to call the doctor so I don't waste my time! LOVE!
