The VC at the pharmacy drive thru is rude, very hostile to customers, not wanting to help and very ignorant of his duties, at least inform the drive thru customers of what needs to be done instead of letting them wait for a long time to figure out by themselves on what to do next. Just this morning.
Pharmacist or whoever took the phone today was extremely rude for no reason.
