The pharmacy is poorly run. Very slow and disorganized. I sat in line for over 20 minutes. That is unacceptable especially for people who are not feeling well and just trying to pick up their medication so they can get home.
Your wait time in the drive thru is always super long. And it’s because your employees send fax requests and wait for answers without telling the customer to drive around or asking them to come inside. When there is an issue that is taking 15-20 minutes for one customer why would you hold up the rest of us??? That’s Insane!!! Every single time! I can’t wait for my insurance to change so I can go back to CVS.

Very upset with pharmacy personnel. I needed a prescription filled quickly for an acute sickness but when my husband asked if he could pick it up earlier than the hour and a half wait time, the response he got was "we have to respect the pharmacists time In that they are busy".
