This Walgreens location is absolutely horrid. They're rude & unprofessional. The store manager Jamie & pharmacist Carrie are less to be desired. Both are so incompetent!!!

Thank you Walgreens on Pleasant St. I looked up your closing time online before I left the house and checked the door when I got there at 9:48 .. you close at 10 it says.. yet your entrance was blocked off by shopping carts and the door was locked. Isn't the point of corner drug stores to be convenience so you don't have to go to Walmart or Meijer? My vomiting 3 year old with a 103 fever really appreciates you closing up early and making me run store to store.

I really don't understand what has happened to this Walgreens. It used to be great! Now it's a nightmare. My prescription never gets rang up correctly and takes forever to have it filled if I go in and wait... I just got off the phone thinking it would be more convenient to call a day ahead (since hours ahead apparently wasn't convenient enough last time) and got a whole heap of attitude from "pharmacy tech Stephanie". Probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They are slow with processing my prescriptions, techs are not knowledgeable and it’s always the same excuse “I’m sorry we have a lot of new people”... as a former pharmacy tech with a different pharmacy I am always amazed at how this place stays open and at the same time not surprised they have so few locations now. I only go here bc I have no choice... I hope my insurance company reconsiders their contract with them.
EMPLOYEE INSULTED ME! – I walk in the door and pick up an ad to see what they have on sale. I am holding paper kind of close to see because I am almost legally blind with contacts. My eyes are bad and I cant even drive myself places, someone else has to do it. Anyway the clerk seeing me says "looks like someone over there needs my glasses!"
