I never had issues with my prescriptions until my previous pharmacy closed and I was transferred here. I’m on Accutane, which has strict pickup windows, and every month has been a stressful experience. Each visit involves long waits, being told they can’t find my medication, or being told my provider didn’t send the prescription, only for my doctor to confirm that they did. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was on hold for over an hour, just when it starts to ring, it returns to hold. When they finally picked up, they were rude. 0/5.
I am tired of coming here and they are ALWAYS out of my prescription! The wait times are horrible in the drive threw and most times inside too…I read reviews from 3yrs ago showing this was an issue then and it’s still the same which is ridiculous…..what if it was someone’s heart meds or some life sustaining medication?!? Well if they leave it to this Walgreens they will be dead waiting on their meds to finally come in!!
Received a text my medication is ready. Waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes only to be told i couldn't pick up until tomorrow. showed them the text and asked "why did you text me it was ready?" Was told again to come back tomorrow. Would not recommend.
