Dr called in my prescription to Walgreens in Trenton in West Rd. I receive a text that it is ready for pick up. I go to drive through and lady tells me she can’t give it to me because insurance hasn’t responded yet. I drive home. Next day get a text it is ready. This time I called first. I’ve been using this pharmacy for 5+ years and over the years the service has only gotten worse. If you get a script called/faxed in and they are out of stock they will not let you know no call/text or anything. They will tell you right when you pick it up and instead of notifying you so you can call your doctor and get it figured out or instead of sending it to another Walgreens pharmacy they’ll leave you hanging. They are rude and don’t want to be bothered or have to do more then the bare minimum.
Bad customer service girl at the front desk at this location. She is working at the register at 7:50 pm and very rude!!!! Soooo not shopping at Walgreens and so all of my family and friends. She should get a proper training before she goes back to work and act like a human being to Walgreens' customer.
