Instead of saying a prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, trying saying in would be ready in 55 minutes which my last prescription took to fill. Or offer a small discount for the lost time waiting around.
The photo staff need to be trained how to correctly take passport photos. They make you take unnecessary steps and are rude the entire time.
There is a girl named Amber that works nights. She is awesome. Great personality, remembers me everytime I come 2 pickup my prescription and goes grabs it right when she sees me. All I have 2 do is verify my address and pay, I gi to go. 2 thumbs up for Amber.
