Grace is awesome. They were crazy busy and she busted her butt helping customers!!! They are lucky to have her!!
Go anywhere else but not here for your prescriptions. This pharmacy has gone downhill recently and the customer service is terrible. They don’t pick up the phone when it doesn’t suit them and when you go in to pick up your prescriptions they tell you they need to order them because they are out of stock and then don’t do it. I gave them many chances to fill my prescriptions and they messed up over and over again.
I have only been using Walgreens pharmacy for about a month and a half, but have decided to switch to somewhere else. If you want consistency and reliability with picking up your prescriptions, I'd definitely recommend going elsewhere. The staff I talked to are friendly, but the pharmacy itself is extremely short-staffed, causing really long lines and delays when picking up prescriptions.
