Why would anybody want to give their business to a pharmacy that isn't willing to answer their phone every Sunday. Instead of resolving an issue over the phone, I have to wait in line and inconvenience everybody else. What about sick people that can't access their computers or get to your Walgreens at 3900 North Federal Highway at Spanish River in Boca Raton. By the way, do you have to let multiple homeless people hang out in front of your store and ask for money, maybe give them a job if you're understaffed?
Very disappointed with Walgreens. I understand their is a hurricane coming but closing a store with your refills waiting to be picked up with out notifying the customer your closing early is just bad business. I had to drive around Boca Raton to find a pharmacy to refill my medications . Wish I knew this Walgreens closed at 1pm .
