Spoke with the pharmacist tech to check if a specific medication was in stock luckily it was and over the phone she began the filling and processing of the prescription, I begged her to allow me to go ahead and pay over the phone. Apparently with this specific medication if you show up prior to you picking yours up they will fill the person in front of them with what was supposed to be yours....needless to say I was told it be filled by 12:30 , I arrived around 4 and was told it wouldn't be in stock until the next day... We had appointments for a covid shot June 2024. Went to the appointment and checked in, were told to wait, then were told by the pharmacist himself that they wouldn't do the shot because it had been recalled and a new formulation would be available in August. I didn't trust him. So we went to cvs down the street and got the vaccinations. Why take appointments just to do that? I think they just didn't want to bother. Their website is still taking appointments.

Waited in line 3 different days to get medicine for my daughter. Even on the third date, after it was confirmed ready before I drove there, I still had to wait for them to finish filling it. Never got a text, after having to confirm my cell number multiple times.

If I could I would give this pharmacy and staff 0 stars. The staff is rude. Most recently, I sat on hold returning a call for 30 minutes only to be told the pharmacy was on a meal break and I could continue to hold for 30 minutes and my call would be answered in the order it was received, or I could call back. Very poor customer sevice.
