I had been coming to this pharmacy for about two years. I was at the BCH hospital for 4 months for 9 emergency surgeries and my partner's initial interactions were positive. They were also the only pharmacy within an hour radius that can provide a specialty life saving medication. I often had to follow up to ensure this medication had gone through properly and was ordered, but for the most part, everyone had been kind and helpful up until yesterday. I got yelled at for having the nerve to call after a power outage. I would give a quarter of a star if I could. Going to take my business elsewhere.
Excellent pharmacists and staff. Kind, polite and generous with their time.
