The kindest, most competent pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. They have handled my complex needs with great care, accuracy, and absolute humanity. I sincerely wish my insurance worked with them, even as an outsider they have always helped where and when they can, and expressed their best wishes as I deal with evil cvs. Authentically exceptional people.

I had been coming to this pharmacy for about two years. I was at the BCH hospital for 4 months for 9 emergency surgeries and my partner's initial interactions were positive. They were also the only pharmacy within an hour radius that can provide a specialty life saving medication. I often had to follow up to ensure this medication had gone through properly and was ordered, but for the most part, everyone had been kind and helpful up until yesterday.
