Very disappointed in the customer service in the pharmacy. Now I know why I don’t use this place unless I just have to. Pharmacy Tech r very uneducated in the pharmacy system.
It was great.. I went in to get the flu shot, they reminded me about the pneumonia shot, so got that as well.. everyone was super nice and helped with all my questions!! I have never had a bad experience at that Walgreens!! Love to shop there!! 😊👍🏼💙
If I wanted the frustrations I get from your pharmacy, I would have stayed with Walmart. It makes no sense to wait 30 days to fill a script when the medication is only given in 30 day quantities. So, we have to run out before you'll fill it??? Whatever, I'll go to the next place. Other than that new and stupid rule, I've had no other problems.
Ms. Navarro is an exceptional young lady. I had a cart full and she offered to help check me out in her dept. and was very pleasant. I am not a big fan of shopping, but your team made my personal experience, enjoyable all throughout the store. Thank you, very much. Be Well and Merry Christmas!
