The 21 Mile and Card store is a complete abomination. They consistently bill me incorrectly and every time I go in there is a problem. The staff is completely unhelpful. They have no idea how to fix anything and just blame it on the computer. Tonight the clerk out in my information so many times it recognized it as fraudulent and blocked her from doing anything. Now here I am without my prescription. This is unacceptable. And they have the audacity to tell me the pharmacy manager and store manager will not be in until Monday... read more

They have become terrible about how long for filling the prescriptions. They tell you the prescriptions are ready, then you go and wait for 40 more minutes. They are always changing people and pharmacists. NEVER THE SAME PEOPLE. ALSO, THEIR LABELS ARE TERRIBLE. THEY ARE HALF PEELING OFF WHEN received. They are doing NOTHING about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, THIS STORE HAS become a nightmare to pick up your PRESCRIPTIONS. :(
